New Bangkok MRT extensions add a resale-condo pick to the register

Bangkok's new MRT extensions (Orange, Pink, and Yellow lines) are a new entry on the register this week, at Monitor. It's less a discovery than a maintenance pick: Bangkok is a mature, liquid, legally clear market, and each new station opening creates a short-lived window where resale units near the platform still trade at a discount to whatever the newest launch in the area is asking.

That gap tends to close as the catchment reprices, which is the entire case for watching it rather than chasing it after the fact.
