Phnom Penh's fastest-rising districts sit along the new Techo corridor

The Techo corridor, covering Chroy Changvar and Sen Sok, stays on Monitor this week. Techo International Airport opened in September 2025, and Ring Road No. 3 is cutting commute times across the capital, together unlocking peri-urban land that used to be too far from anything to interest a buyer.

These are, by the register's own read, the fastest-appreciating districts in Phnom Penh right now. That's a different story from the capital's prime core, where prices have been falling for months; this is growth from new access, not a bottom-fishing discount.
