Le Phong Group breaks ground on Emerald Garden View in Ho Chi Minh City

Le Phong Group broke ground on The Emerald Garden View in late October 2025, following a partnership agreement signed with contractor SOL E&C a month earlier. The project sits in Thuan An ward, part of Ho Chi Minh City since last year's provincial merger, along National Highway 13 and near the planned route of Metro Line 2.

The development is two 25-story towers on roughly 2 hectares, connected by a shared podium over a two-level basement, with a total construction floor area of about 200,000 m². Le Phong is building more than 2,000 units across apartments, condotels, and shophouses, with Coteccons handling construction.

Presales opened December 20, 2025, with a $1,200 deposit securing first pick and unit prices starting around $54,000. Buyers can spread payments over as long as three years before handover. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
